VINTAGE GILT SILVER “ROMA” FILIGREE PILL BOX

Vintage filigree pill box with beautifully intricate and detailed wire design.  Original unpolished patina is gold colored.  Labeled “Roma” in silver letters on top of the lid which clasps tightly and has a hinge in perfect working order.
